Not able to use camera since today morning

App no longer working since app update. Doesn’t load anything when I open it, can’t load up the camera’s live stream or view notifications. Tried deleting app/reconnecting the camera, but now won’t work at all. Won’t let me reconnect the camera. All was fine until the latest update.

App isn’t work after update

All was working fine but since last update. The app will not log on. It accepts passwords, goes to access cameras and crashes. Try to load app and you have to log back in. It keeps you going round in circles

Now the new update has shut down all my cameras. And I have to log in each time. This update has made it far worse. .

I’ve been using the app happily for years now and have 5 of their cameras… they recently added advertisements and need to wait for a while for them to clear before being able to access the camera and it’s horrible! I will have to change the cameras and get new apps

Why I m getting ads all the time now

This is my first time having issue with this home cam. I can no longer hear live audio in the vid despite the mic is turned on. All the audio in the recordings are all gone too. There were no settings changes at all and now it’s giving me this issue. I think it’s time for me to change all my home cctv.

Every times show poor connection, Network error not play live every time I have 3 camera all camera same problem show Whereas all camera conect different wi-fi.

I’ve had this camera for over a year, worked fine up until two days ago. It seems as the company did a upgrade or an update or something to the overall system. When that happened it booted me out I had to log back in on the app since then, I’ve been unable to get my camera connected to Wi-Fi. I have checked the router I’ve checked the password I’ve checked everything that the company has suggested and still can’t get my camera to connect to the Internet or my router, I don’t know what update they did but since then I can’t get my camera to connect to the Internet. It was fun while it lasted. Guess I’ll dump the camera and go with something more reliable.

I got trouble with setting my outdoor cameras. It keeps saying that I need to unbound my device from another email account so I can use but it’s a brand new cameras. There is no point to join un the fb group that the app suggested because people have the same problems and they don’t know how to solve it.

I purchased the 360 Camera about a year ago and it worked fine (a bit cumbersome at times) but on Dec 10, it stopped working. I tried several times to get it going and had to resort to removing the software from my phone and reluctantly downloaded the newest version. The newest version seems to only allow Chinese customers with Chinese email addresses. So, my purchase is now worthless. I suspect this Huawei product wants to spy on us. I have asked for a refund but we’ll see.

以前可以開啟智能看家，現在已經很久都沒看家功能了，還用這台有何作用，一直告訴我主人可以開啟看家功能，但就是找不到也沒有可以啟動的地方⋯還我們看家功能吧

설치후 같은 와이파이 상태에서는 어플화면 잘나옴. 다른 와이파이나 LTE상태에서 어플실행시 화면표시나 버퍼링이 엄청심합니다. 해결방법좀 알려주세요.

The camera itself has a great picture and other items it does well in . Customer service is not one of them getting ahold of someone is almost impossible and when I did get ahold of some one they would pass me on to another dept well 5 departments later having to explain the problem five different times my issue is still not resolved.. very frustrating

Camera keeps login me out. Every time I go to check the camera I have to log in. No response through social media or email, so I’m writing a review in hopes that someone will read it. Edit: Still having login issues. I tried unbinding camera and now it won’t connect. Someone needs to send me a replacement or give me a refund. Edit: Login issue sorta fixed, but now when I log in with one device it logs me out of the other.

When I first got this a few months ago it worked great. Use it in grandbaby's room to see while he's napping. He wasn't here for a while then when he came it was offline. Couldn't get it to work so hooked up 2nd 1. FINALLY got it online. Now it shows I get Asia time?! Can't figure out what time zone I'm in for North America central time. The picture is grainier than before. Whatever was done during an update, it hasn't made an improvement.

One day my camera just “booted me off” I was trying to sign back in however forgot my password. I hit “forgot password” and the reset link or text never came through. Its the Hardest company to get In contact with, and I have tried everything. Even making another profile but my camera is not under my phone number, it’s registered to my email and makes it very difficult to give a good review. I will have to toss it.

When you try to add a new device like a new camera the app open a new blank window and nothing happens.

The app is the main problem, slow and choppy performance undermines the doorbell. The doorbell itself is fantastic, but the app is not up to the mark. Slow to the core. Playback fails most of the times. Videos go missing sometimes. Otherwise I loved the doorbell

It can’t capture any face image . It can only record the glimpse of a moving object and finish recording before the moving object get closer . Keep asking you to buy their cloud recording .

I have invited my partner to log in. The send invite works (supposedly) as it says invite sent with a wait to accept. Yet nothing had been received by the other phone. I have done this about five times now and nothing. I may as well give up and rate this poorly.

In just one day the battery has gone from 100% to 63%! I don’t have time to charge the doorbell every 3rd day! Even with all the nice functions turned off, the battery is still draining! Sadly support is non existent, therefore I still don’t have a solution. I miss my Ring Doorbell!

Dopo aver pagato e acquistato il servizio di registrazione su Cloud è impossibile accedervi da qualsiasi parte nell’App. Anche scrivendo agli sviluppatori nessuna info utile, mi hanno dato informazioni frammentarie per farmi superare i 30gg di possibile reso App Store e poi spariti. Anche App Store inutile nell’aiutarmi a risolvere il problema, sono felici di continuare a fare da veicolo a truffatori.

Trying to set up the camera is fine but it tells me my cameras are already connected to another account and I must unconnected them then connect to my account. I have no idea who this other account is. I am now unable to use my 4 cameras. Please help my solve this issue. I have no waxing of knowing or contacting the account so it’s probably best if I could do a factory reset for it.

Guys for a long time it is in Chinese Language. How do I change to English? Please help!

L’App si sconnette spesso altrimenti sarebbe un prodotto interessante. Dovete aggiornare l’app soprattutto per IPhone dove funziona peggio.

Since your bug fixes I can no longer access my doorbell from any device. When I try and log in it states “Network Exception” it didn’t do this at all previously but now it does. I have tried resetting password and registering again but nothing works. Please fix

Can not connect (can not use in oversea)

App davvero scadente! Dopo aver configurato e utilizzato per 2 mesi la camera, la app si è disconnessa dal mio dispositivo senza più permettermi l’accesso neppure provando a cambiare la password. Generalmente non mi fa cambiare la password per ritentare il nuovo accesso e quando invece me lo permette o non la riconosce o mi compare un messaggio dove mi dice che devo prima disconnettere il dispositivo perché già attivo sul mio account. Il problema è che il sito internet è completamente in cinese. E dalla app non è possibile disconnette il dispositivo per poterlo configurare nuovamente. Pessima esperienza. Sarò costretta a ricontattare il venditore dove ho comprato la Smart camera modello d706 per cercare una soluzione al mio problema.

The camera connects for the first time and then does not work with any other device or router. If it works, it works else it fails.

The time shown on the camera is wrong even I have reset it several times. The date is wrong as well after a crackdown in September. It s November now, but the camera image still shows Sept ! What kind of bugs is that!?

The menu is suddenly in Chinese..... can’t read the menu and camera’s can’t be managed anymore because of this. iPhone 8

After the recent upgrade camera not functioning properly. No getting any alert notifiactions (movement or photo change) on the screen unless u open the app and check under alerts. Some times after setting duration for movement alerts also, dont see any alerts even though there is movement. Need to fix this. Else camera is best, except for this problem.

After recent of few updates, it always shown network problem when I try to power on my cam, when my wifi or mobile network are work fine. From last update, I can’t even turn it on back now few days. Under the network all the network device work well only except this 360 cam not work properly. Also I bought a 128gb card work perfect, but from recent update it force to use up to 64GB. Then I need to buy another one. I don’t know why. Further, when I try to clean up my memory card, it every time indicate network problem and ask me to try again, but again all my network devices work well except this cam. When beginning uses it is good, but after use almost 1 year I have a very bad felling and feels trouble to dealing with it.

Current version can’t use please fix this problem asap

ㅠㅠ업데이트떠서 했더니 화면반경도 줄어들었고 원래 빨리빨리 되던게 지금은 계속 렉걸리듯 느려터져짐.. 업데이트 전이 훨씬좋았는데.. 화면반경을 다시 넓혀주시던 빠르게 볼수있도록이라도 해주심 좋겠네요..!!

Dam slow app. My internet connection speed is 100MBPs. All other apps are working very smoothly. This app lags like anything. You can’t access camera. Recording. Improve ur technology.

Ne ho acquistate due e istallate su due abitazioni diverse. La qualità delle immagini è ottima, ma si disconnettono continuamente con l’avviso di un cattivo segnale, ma il segnale è eccellente e sono piazzate non distanti dal router. In queste condizioni non ottemperano bene alla loro funzione di sorveglianza e in definitiva servono a poco. Deluso nonostante il loro ottimo prezzo.

更新后直接卡住，iPad没有手机屏幕那么长，所以点击不了立即体验，就那么卡住，已经一个多星期用不了了，开发组去年就干过一回这事，今年又来？你们开发东西自己都不事先测试？

It used to work perfectly, one of the best cameras apps, super stable and all, but now it won’t open anymore, it shows some blue splash screen and quits. I need access to my cameras back!!

Something goes wrong with my camera connectivity after the latest upgrade on 15 June 2017. Now all my cameras cannot be connected to my phone and all it says was 'poor connection'. Please rectify this issue ASAP.

Its has been working fine between my camera and app, but after the latest update, the connection is broken down and I couldn't connect to camera with app anymore. My wifi is working perfectly but app saying poor connection detected and all function in app unable to load. Please Verify and Clarify!

I bought this smart camera on my last trip to Hong Kong. Even though the sellers and the manual says there is an app in english, that is not true! I can't unserstand any chinese and this camera is useless without the app in english language. I don't recommend buying this device.

Hi , it seems that my door camera will go offline if I never use the app for a long time. I cannot fix it remotely but have to wait fir me to come back home and press the bell for few seconds. It did not behave this way last time. Any clues on how to fix this?

The mobile app always have issues for network connection, trying to change settings on the app but always promoted network connection issue, please try again later. Can’t even unselect the dismantle alert when I need to charge the door bell! Recently only a few videos captured even thou I tried changing the door bell to detect further distance. So many issues and it become unreliable! Please help on the app upgrade. Our wifi connection is good and router is only one meter away from the door bell therefore there is no reason for poor network connection.

Have another cheap cam that does not just stop recording . So if any thing happens after that..I tested. Went out it started recording then stopped. I turned right around and it never ever came back on it would never come back on and only leave records for a few seconds and stops and then you can only use one phone or iPad iPhone at a time you can’t use to do you have a sign and only to one to get what you pay for

The product itself is okay, good quality image and night view is also fantastic; however the app is pretty bad, keep logging you out and you have to constantly re log in.

I purchased the 360 Smart Camera for a very reasonable price. The camera itself is pretty nice, but sadly it can only be used with this app. Initial setup seemed smooth and easy. The problems start after I disabled the camera during the day and tried to turn it back on in the vending. I kept getting an error message and eventually I had to reinstall the camera for it to work again. I went through this process several different times. What if the power goes and your out of town and this happens....you simply wouldn’t be able to bring the camera back online. The third time I tried reinstalling the camera the app simply would not work. It won’t even try to detect the device i just get a blank screen when I select add device. Update: I was finally able to reinstall the app by bypassing my wifi and it does seem to be running a bit smoother now (after the latest updates I think...)

一部自己用的，一部家里用的，只要使用其中一部查看摄像机，另一部手机在短时间内就需要重新输入密码。两部手机大概用不到几个小时就要求输入密码，太过繁琐。记得原来两部手机大概1到2个月才要重新验证密码。希望开发者能关注这个问题

Overall the performance is satisfactory but recently viewing the cameras from the app showing “establishing secure network channel”, after sometimes showing “network error”. I’ve tested for both my wifi and 4g speed in my phone all hit the speeds. May I know what to do next?

구매하고 앱 설치한다고 찾아봤다가 앱 후기보고 이걸 취소해야하나....고민 많이 했는데 일단 써보기로 했구요! 업데이트 말이 많길래 업데이트 안하고 사용중이에요~ 스마트도어벨은 아주 잘됩니다. 다른 제품들은 안써봐서 잘 모르겠네요... 전화번호가 불법이라고 나오는건 아마 010으로 입력해서 그러지 않을까해요. 저도 첨에 010으로 넣었더니 그렇게 뜨던데....0빼고 10으로 넣어보세요~ 시간이 좀 지난후라 개선이 된건지 모르겠지만 전 현재 잘사용중입니다!
