Telegram updated theirs and it drains and overheats iPhones running on 18.2 I went to swiftgram and it fixed the issue, but you guys just had to update it also to 11.5.2 Now it has the same issues, uninstalled immediately, what a shame

Despite having the toggle enabled (which should be active by default), the feature is no where to be seen other than having a translator button for ‘each’ message that’s needs to be translated. It would be highly preferred that Telegram’s default behaviour isn’t really altered but only the premium features being unlocked like the “Translate All Messages” or those from Ayugram.

I've been a long-time user of this app, but the recent updates have introduced a significant usability issue. The video playback controls—specifically the pause, forward, and backward buttons—now persistently overlay and obstruct the video content. This is extremely frustrating as it consistently blocks key parts of the screen, degrading the viewing experience. I hope the development team can address this interface flaw promptly, perhaps by making the controls more transparent, allowing them to auto-hide more quickly, or providing an option to reposition them. Please fix this in the next update.

I just wanted to let you know that as a totally blind person I really love this client. Excuse the mistakes that I’m writing because I’m dictating this message. OK? I’m January 27 of this year. However the update was a little bit better! Using VoiceOver on my iPhone, I have to use Screen navigation in order to read menus select things like that. I used to be able to swipe up on a message open menu and swipe to the right to get to Fordham and double tap now I can’t do it like that. I can still swipe up double tap, but I have to use screen recognition in order to get to the forward and then do my usual select and send what have you. Is there anyway you could fix this problem? Otherwise I do still say that it’s much much better than the old telegram. I hope this made sense. Once again please forgive me for the mistakes.

For the past week or so i keep encountering a bug where the permissions for my photos access is somehow removed, and the ability to change the setting also disappears. Whether I goto photos access in the "privacy" section of settings, or goto the swiftgram specific settings within settings menu, the tab that usually would say "photos" is missing. I have to delete and redownload to get it back; and each time i do that, all app settings begin in default. The hassle is not worth it anymore.

Can’t complain. The dev frequently posts updates about development in the app channel. Swiftgram is quick to implement Telegram’s official features, but offers unique enhancements that always bring me back whenever I use the official client on other devices.

Clearing cache doesnt clear all the cached telegram files. As such im forced to delete the app and reinstall

不能保存视频

There seems to be an issue with the latest version of Swiftgram where I will receive a call from an unknown number every single time I get a notification. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 14.8 and the problem has gotten so bad I’ve had to turn off all notifications for the app completely. Update: Ever since the latest update, the unknown caller spam is fixed and Swiftgram is back to being the best telegram client available on the AppStore.
