Bought some game currency of their website, support couldn’t even offer any help after the game currency got removed a month after delivery and they said they couldn’t provide anything as the seller had no balance which is arguably stupid if there isn’t a way to get anything back and just straight scammed what’s the point in buying from here, would not come back again.

I had purchased an item, and it said they payment went through. Then when I checked my order status it didn’t update. And when I tried to sign back into my account it was already deleted by them. Crazy unbelievable

Bottom sheet show more is often stuck and the app needs to be restart, complain form non allow uplloading of images, block user sometime non working, mostly an app non tested on iphone

It used to be better, now it's just full of scammers and nothing is being done about it.

Every seller and every purchase that I’ve made was a scam! I’ve gotten gift cards for cheaper and a premium service to AI. The gift cards I’ve purchased turned out to be an expired gift card (investigation is going under way and waiting for my refund). The AI was supposed to be a private account and turned out to be a public shared account, that kept closing and re-opening by the seller. I would avoid this at all costs. As soon as I get my refund I’m out of this app and website.

This app is only friendly to some users. Let me tell you the details. This system, if you buy a product and pay via bank account and it is canceled, you will not be able to withdraw a single cent. Your money will be considered as g2g credit. And some sellers are not as friendly as you think. Because I have experience with buying products in this app and found that I cannot withdraw money, I asked one seller. But that seller uses Bait and switch scam strategy. He will not sell the product to you and cancel the order. And you will lose your money in g2g and cannot withdraw money. I cannot withdraw money back to my bank. And selling products is not a good experience. The system asks me to verify my identity before selling products. And I have verified my identity and sold products. But in the withdrawal process, my withdrawal was disabled. The system said that the verification information is incorrect. And froze all my money that I withdrew. The verification should be done before selling products. This app is very bad.

I've used G2G for over a decade across 2 games. I can count on less than a hand over that time that I've had any issues and they were all resolved. Naturally, they want you to come back. I think they do a pretty good job of earning that return customer.

Now a days whenever i logged in i got a message that “User data not found” I hope the bug will be fixed soon.

I would give this app five stars if they just fixed their glitchy app and website. It’s a great place to be games and items for cheap but their user interface and app/website is just too glitchy and brings up errors too often.

Ive used them to buy around 20 different things and those of which were unavailable I got refunded. Their mobile app is improving and becoming up to par with their website. I would recommend!

I bought an item with a debit card . It wanted me to send a credit card verification . Wasted my time . Will never ever even look at this website again . Wants you to verify 100 different things and doesn’t tell you upfront .

Never had trouble purchasing anything on here ive used this for so many things its so handy. Also, now that the marketplace is in the app, it is so much more accessable!!

I gave it a 4* because you can’t buy anything you can only buy on the website but it’s good to message your buyer/seller about your product!

Receiving messages doesn’t pop outs notification. Not sure what’s the problem and I checked the app setting’s notification was allowed. This causes delay and inconvenience as I have to open every time to check if there’s new message.
