Not great. Very expensive

My chacktok app is not working. It keeps pausing and not creating videos. I have paid for the subscription and still not working

App seemed to work well, however during a major event for a customer the app didn’t cooperate. The mirror effect was repeatedly turned off, but it turned itself back on after being corrected, so props were flipped therefore the words on each prop was backwards. This was noticed by our customer and put a damper on their big night and made my business look incompetent.

I waste just my time send emails und try to contact it’s really bad experience

This app has always had issues. They are too focused on updating the app weekly to change how it operates and don’t fix the glitches. The customer service is very subpar as well. The most recent glitch affected our membership and put a watermark on all of our videos. On top of this, we were charged 4 times for 1 month of service. Customer service told us to deal with it through Apple and didn’t offer any other support.

I like the app when it works. I find that it’s a struggle to even connect to my 360 camera and when it does it drops connection after 1 or 2 takes. Is there a way to get my iPad or iPhone to connect every time no matter where I’m at? I’ve tried setting my device on the machine and it still won’t connect. This has happened at multiple locations so it can’t be the location. It will show the device but never connect. I’ve had to issue refunds because of this. I just want a stable connection. Please help!!

All the events that I have had with this app have had a terrible resolution, I have tried several resolution options but finally they all come out very blurry, I even changed my phone thinking that it could be my equipment but even with my new iPhone13 pro max the videos they come out very blurry and with a red hue. On the other hand, that we charge $250 for a 3-month subscription is completely unreasonable, really with a lot of respect for your work, but I think that amount is unreasonable. Lastly, I have not been able to contact their technical support, so I have literally lost all the free subscription time since I cannot use it due to the terrible resolution

Easy to use, and responsive support team along with a lot of help articles, videos and Facebook group. Everyone has a great time with our Photo Booth making videos, GIF’s and photos especially since it’s so easy and fast getting these to everyone through every sharing option.

Please, may we have longer recording time please around 10-15 secs please, and updates on the app please. Thanks

Very User friendly app with all the features that a 360 Photo Booth business might need

Used this for my 360 Photo Booth business and I am very pleased. The software is very user friendly and the customer service was excellent. My customers were very impressed with the quality of the videos.

I’ve reported a couple of bugs and contacted customer support about it via their WhatsApp number. They are always on top of issues and fix them in a timely fashion! I’ve played around with the app, made a few test videos, and I love it so far. It has all you need from adding custom overlays and music to the videos. Only thing missing, which I hope they add soon, is the ability to start recording and start the machine to start spinning automatically via the click of the remote control. Sure, you get 2 remotes, which have their use, but doesn’t accomplish my previous ask. Leaving it at 5 stars as you can overcome this by tapping start in the app, and the count down gives you enough time before it starts spinning.

I’m still learning I’m a little confused it looks like I have to buy storage? Most other apps download right to iCloud. Maybe I’m wrong? Also I wish I would’ve noticed the app does not work with a GoPro 11. That’s my fault to assume. So far so good. I will update as I go.
