Ich habe den Saugroboter heute erhalten, er scheint sehr gut zu funktionieren. Leider ist die App unübersichtlich und unlogisch in der Bedienung. Ich würde gerne für jeden Raum individuell festlegen, ob nur gesaugt wird oder zusätzlich auch noch nass gewischt wird. Dies scheint leider nicht möglich zu sein. Hätte ich dies vor dem Kauf gewusst, hätte ich mich für ein anderes Produkt entschieden. Die App ist total unlogisch und verwirrend aufgebaut. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Funktionen logisch und praxisbezogen zusammengestellt sind.

The robot aimlessly drives around the appartment until the battery is empty. It got itself stuck so bad, it broke of the telescope. It used to be much better. Now it doesn‘t remember the way it came from. For the most expensive product out there it is just not worth the money.

Keeps showing ads and promotion, asking to subscribe. No way to remove it. Will return the vacuum.

Ecovacsを数年使用した後にDreameを購入。 アプリの画面の遷移が遅すぎで非常にストレス。 Ecovacsは押したらすぐに次の画面に行くのだが、これは押した後少なくとも5秒ほど反応しない。最初のホーム画面から各掃除機のマップに飛ぶのすら10秒ほどかかるので、毎日開くのは無理がある。 マッピングしたらあとは予約清掃で自動で回すためのアプリだと感じた。まぁそのマッピングも4時間経っても終わらなかったが。

Honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made in the last 20 years. The L40s Pro Ultra is extremely expensive, so naturally you expect premium quality and performance. Unfortunately, the reality is the complete opposite. The app is full of bugs and the whole system is unnecessarily complicated to use. Something that should make life easier constantly becomes frustrating. Dry cleaning performance is mediocre at best — maybe 4/10. But the wet cleaning is honestly terrible. It does not properly wash the floor and cannot even remove fresh stains from one hour ago. I don’t know if the pressure is too weak or the brushes are too soft, but at this price it’s not my job to figure out why it works so badly. Corner cleaning is also almost useless. The moving side brush looks good in marketing videos, but in reality it barely cleans edges or corners. Overall this product feels unfinished, overpriced and massively overhyped. Huge disappointment. I genuinely do not recommend buying it. For the same money, I honestly think it’s better to buy a high-quality cordless vacuum from another brand instead of wasting money on this robot.

Using x60 for a week. In custom cleaning for the furthest room or zone, it always aborted cleaning due to an obstacle and returned to base within 5 seconds of starting cleaning. CleanGenius also decided it needed to wash the mop and empty the bin. When nothing is done. Wasting detergent, water and electricity. When manually initiated to restart start cleaning again, CleanGenius decided need to wash the mop again. Randomly, it decides the 1 cm ramp is an obstacle and just aborts the cleaning. Intelligent obstacle on or off does nothing helpful. Again it start to wash the mop and empty the bin. Unable to overwrite to start cleaning immediately, it has to always return to base to wash the mop again when it decides that its cleaning was interrupted or so call obstruct. Nothing is blocking, it's base or whatever. Logging can be improved so that the schedule is from the app schedule or from the robot schedule. Very buggy, fails the mum test. Manual navigation cannot use 2 fingers to move forward and left/right. 6 years old Roborock vacuum can do that. Using such robot vacuum for near 2 decades, Roborock overall is more stable and consistent.

The app repeatedly keeps prompting me to signup for trials, tests, marketing mailing list, etc. Even after I dismiss it or say no, the prompts come back in a few days until I say yes. Very spammy and not the right way to treat users after having bought their device.

The app used to be great and very easy to use but they've ruined it. It doesn't make sense now. I've just tried to get my robot to do a selective room cleaning and I've obviously done it wrong as it seems to be doing the whole house.

Con questa nuova versione è stata modificata la Home Screen: ora manca la percentuale della batteria in alto a sinistra, come peraltro si vede ancora nel primo screenshot riportato nell’App Store. Ora non si ha più il controllo completo e corretto della percentuale di carica e dello stato di carica, contemporaneamente, della batteria del robot (nel mio caso un X50 Ultra Complete). Esperienza d’uso peggiorata rispetto alle precedenti versioni di questa App che non era affatto male. Ora per gestire la ricarica del proprio robot bisogna entrare sempre usando il nuovo tasto “GO” piccolissimo in basso a destra, prima invece c’era un tasto con scritta tradotta in italiano in basso al centro (come si vede ancora nello screenshot in App Store) . Per favore ripristinate la Home Screen come era prima e come ancora viene mostrata nel primo Screenshot dell’App qui su App Store. Grazie

Refuses to work with the dreame device unless I relinquish to its Chinese headquarters my wifo password precise location bluetooth connection and fingerprint email address. The robot hoover does not come with a standalone remote or any other means to operating it which renders it useless. Wven had to change vpn settings to allow their device. What the hay dows ny trinket I buy fromm China meed to know my precise location to just work? I can very well assure this app alao jas a kill switch they can operate from China like the buses the City bought recently.

the DreameHome app is not user-friendly at all. The interface is cluttered with unwanted screens like a forum and a shopping mall, which have nothing to do with controlling my device. On top of that, there is unnecessary advertising inside the app, which is extremely annoying for a product I already paid for. I just want a simple, clean app to manage my device, not a social platform or marketplace. These distractions make the app confusing and frustrating to use. Dreame seriously needs to focus on usability and remove the unwanted content and ads

I bought this product with high expectations, but within 3 months it completely stopped working. The biggest disappointment is not just the product, but the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I contacted Dreame support multiple times. First, they took the machine for repair and returned it after almost one month, and shockingly the unit came back damaged. The base station started leaking water, and the product condition was worse than before. Since then, I have raised several tickets and called their support again and again, but they only “take a request” and never provide any real help. No technician visit, no follow-up, nothing. Buying this product has been a complete waste of money. If you expect proper after-sales service or quick support, don’t go for it. Extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased two L10prime vacc cleaners- 1. No direct stop button in app to stop current task( pause is there but we also need stop) 2. When doing the selective room cleaning , cleaning order should be my selection sequence 3. Zoned cleaning should remember the last selected zone , every time i have to select even if i want to clean last selected zone 4. Important for indian use , in room/zone cleaning mode we need a option of Vaccume then Mop , I know we can do this via shortcuts but as there is a limit ,so we need a quick selection of vaccume then mop like other options of only mop , vacc, mop with vacc, this is must have feature.

I’ve had my robot set up well with maps of several rooms and areas. Suddenly (maybe an update?) everything is gone. I was already a bit annoyed that the app continuously asked to sign up for stuff and mailings I didn’t want. I already bought an expensive robot, so I expected the app would be part of that, without annoying me with all kinds of commercialism. I really hope that the cause of the lost settings is not due to me not wanting to be part of user experience programs or receiving commercial mailings.

Da un po’ di tempo a questa parte il robot (un X40 ultra) non passa negli spazi tra i tappeti leggermente più alti come spessore rispetto a quelli rasi (non si tratta di tappeti a pelo lungo, diciamo che somigliano più alla moquette) e i mobili (nel mio caso non pulisce una striscia di parquet tra il tappeto e il mobile tv dove prima passava tranquillamente). Non so se dipenda dal fatto che il robot li considera come delle soglie alte e per lo spazio diciamo ristretto ritiene che può rimanere bloccato, quindi evita di andarci, fatto sta che lascia una striscia non aspirata, mentre prima andava tranquillamente tra mobile e tappeto (intendiamoci lo spazio non è tantissimo ma ci passerebbe tranquillamente, anche perché il tappeto non è alto, anzi). Ho provato ad alzare quella parte di tappeto e così invece va tranquillamente, quindi secondo me è un problema legato allo spazio che lui ritiene troppo stretto. Potete verificare se è un problema di aggiornamento firmware che ha reso i sensori “troppo prudenti”? Grazie

洗地機已成功接駁上wifi。但手機軟件説還未有網絡

I do not know what was the issue. Used this app almost every week. One day I open the app and I got logged out. When login again all the data has been wiped. Wasting time and energy to setup again. Do the development teams test their app? How come simple session invalidation becoming a whole account deletion? Stpd

When signing up you’re given password requirements that even when met result in an invalid password error. Why invalid? We’ll the app isn’t going to tell you. Presumably there are length or special character limitations it has but doesn’t tell you about. Good luck finding out what though! The app also likes to disagree with the robot, reporting a firmware update failed following the robot report that it was auccessful.

You need to have an easier fix when there’s a change in wifi password as these services are always renewed occasionally. I always have to reset my entire device and re-scan my whole house all over again when there’s this change. It’s ridiculous that we spend so much on a vacuum and the app is so useless for us to have this option to update our connections.

So many times the app messed up the settings and gotta map everything from the beginning. Now it’s even harder to connect their website.

La mappa 3d oltre al fatto che non funziona affatto bene,mi ha fatto la casa come un quadrato,casa mia è tutt’altro che un quadrato,comunque non serve a niente,si potrebbe anche eliminare. Ma le 3 cose da modificare sono le seguenti: Le icone che si dovrebbero vedere nelle stanze (aspirazione,lavaggio,x1 etc..) dovrebbero essere molto più grandi. Se io voglio pulire una sola stanza si dovrebbe scegliere se voglio aspirare,lavare etc… magari tenendo il dito sopra la stanza, invece di modificare le impostazioni di pulizia. Se voglio avviare una pulizia,dovrebbe chiedermi se voglio anche lavare o no. Risolto queste cose per me andrebbe a 5 stelle. Urge un aggiornamento , visto che quest’anno è bisestile, l’app non ha il calendario sincronizzato

Initial mapping is excellent, however finding your way around the app isn’t easy. This is my third brand of robot vacs. This is the only app that you have to draw your floor rugs on the map. Every other I have used, the app recognises rugs and avoids them while mopping. This one, if you move your rugs, you have go through the very fiddly and not greatly accurate process again. And then the robot pretty much ignores it and goes on the rug with the mop attachment anyway. When you open the app after having already installed your robot, you have to go to another screen to get your start up. This could also be improved

L’app funziona abbastanza bene, ma ha alcuni (grossi IMHO) problemi: - la mappatura in presenza di specchi grandi fino a terra funziona male: il robot pensa che la stanza prosegua oltre lo specchio. Poi quando lava funziona tutto, perché il robot non riesce ad entrare negli specchi (LOL) ma la mappa resta inguardabile. Andrebbe introdotta una funzione che riconosce gli specchi e sistema la mappa. - quanto meno, andrebbe introdotta una funzione di editing manuale delle mappe per eliminare le aree fasulle presenti a causa dei riflessi da specchi - senza che il robot le ripristini in mappatura. - servirebbe una opzione di default per il tipo di pulizia. Se una volta faccio andare solo l’aspirapolvere, poi resta questa come opzione. Se non cambio le opzioni, e mi dimentico, quando lo mando in lavaggio aspira e basta. Quanto meno, avere alcuni preset mode da cui scegliere premendo play.

Thank you this update has completely destroyed, the connection between my phone and the vacuum cleaner no amount of resetting the password or anything else will actually work so I’m now left with the machine that does not work.

L’app funziona, ma è veramente molto scomoda da usare, lenta e con varie funzioni programmate male: - durante la pulizia non si possono modificare i parametri - le mappe sono fatte molto male, non si possono cancellare stanze create ad esempio dai terrazzi con finestre, dagli specchio o da “vuoti” se si ha un dislivello. - cambiare piano per chi ha una casa su più livelli è lento e complesso - se ad esempio ho la stazione al piano 0, non posso impostare di pulire al piano 1 senza spostare la stazione al piano 1 - la videocamera non mi permette di sentire l’audio - le scorciatoie sono fatte male - nel 2023 pensavo che gli algoritmi di navigazione fossero migliori, impiega ancora molto a elaborare il tracciato e a fare la pulizia generale - la mappa 3d è inutilizzabile e non posso caricare un immagine della pianta della casa nemmeno nella versione 2d - implementazione siri pessima Spero davvero possano migliorare tanto l’app, perché il Dreame 10s ultra funziona e pulisce davvero bene e il potenziale di miglioramento software è altissimo

有一些奇奇怪怪的bug，降低了扫地机的使用体验，修复很慢。 比如地板方向，老是会恢复默认，我扫一遍地就要重新全屋设置一遍。 一些设置也不够人性化，定时任务里扫地可以设置的扫地选项太少了。不能设置拖布干度之类的。

Comprei um Dreame X50 Ultra Complete e comecei a utilizar o robô em minha casa (um andar e 100 m2), com 3 quartos e 3 banheiros, além de cozinha separada, lavanderia etc). O robô funciona muito bem no modo “CleanGenius”, em que há o modo “mop after vac”. porém no modo “custom” é possível customizar a força de sucção do aspirador por cômodo, algo essencial, já que o robô trabalha de madrugada. Contudo, o app apresenta um bug. Ele não deixa criar um “schedule” de limpeza com “mop after vac” exceto se for pelo modo “CleanGenius”. Quando eu tento criar um cronograma na opção “custom” por cômodo, as únicas opções disponíveis são “vac”, “mop” e “vac & mop”, faltando a opção “mop after vac”. Essa opção está disponível na limpeza não programada e no modo “cleangenius”, então acho que se trata de uma deficiência do app. Seria ótimo que resolvessem essa questão em atualizações futuras, pois a opção já existe e o robô trabalha com ela, faltando apenas a possibilidade de programação.

We have upgraded from a older model Roomba to the Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2. We have a high shedding, long hair large dog, a cat and 2 very active boys with lots of outdoor play. We host and our family and friends all have dogs. Our floors were a mess if I didn’t run our robot vacuum at least twice a day, plus vacuum again manually because it didn’t do a great job. We are very impressed with this new model! It does an amazing job and I have no complaints on its cleaning job. It even does a better job on my door mats than my manual vacuum. My only complaint is that the automatic cleaning solution dispenser wasn’t included and I had to purchase after. It seems incomplete for the overall price.

The positive is the amount of features. However, as a UX Designer I am annoyed by the bad Usability this App provides. The navigation is cumbersome and feels like a labyrinth, e.g. why would you place alot of festures under Go? Thats not logic. This company should prioritize UX more not just beautiful visual design and technology

We've upgraded from an i3 Vacuum Robot to Dreame Vacuum and mopping robot. The vacuuming gets done in less than half the time with greater efficiency and no noticeable noise. Less hassle and less maintenance. A good product vacuums very well. Mopping yet to be experienced as disinfectant liquid detergent awaited. Go ahead and buy one to rid yourself of help problems. Enjoy the independence.

The app itself is very complete to my purpose, what I would like to request is a feature to change maps (multi-floor) on the dashboard directly and no need to go deep into settings to do that. Besides that everything is great

Good app with lots of functionality but please allow ability to customise notifications. It gives daily notifications of standard cleaning completing which mean having to go into the app every day to remove the badge icon. I only want notifications for important things like maintenance required or the robot being stuck.

Seriously one of the best things I had ever bought!!

So far I am nothing but impressed. We know that our house is not a typical home but it is one that greatly benefits from the help of a robot vacuum and now a robot mop/vac. We have 3 Siberian huskies, 2 kids and 2 adults living in this house that is 3000 sqft or better. So far I have sent the mop 3-4 times and it’s not clogged up with hair once. My shark vacuum clogs and needs to be cleaned after every on and half cleanings. This vacuum is loads quieter than my shark, mapped the house in 11 minutes vs. 8-10 hours and several charges, it’s efficient and can get all common areas plus some done in about 90 minutes and the same charge vs 6-8 hours and two charges and multiple dust bin empties. The difference is night and day. I’m very thankful for this vacuum and I already convinced my friend to buy one also. Hers gets here in two days and she is very excited.

Having Dreame is like having Ruby from the TV drama “Upstairs Downstairs”, except Dreame is not accident prone. All Dreame requires is for you to fill her with clean water and floor cleaner, to empty the dirty water and dust bag. To open doors because she is not tall enough. But she is smart enough to distinguish between carpet and tile between wood floor and rug. She knows where she is all the time and can map your floors like a professional cartographer and read a map like “Indiana Jones” and finds every lost bit of dust and mops and polishes floors until they sparkle! Dreame is the treasure in this great adventure!

清洗汚水箱、除臭模組、清洗盤瀘網及集塵盒後，拆下組件亮乾需一段時間，故將電源插頭拔掉，待下一次要吸麈洗地時（約二丶三天後）再插插頭是否可以。（即機器本身電力已經歸零約二丶三天是否可以？ 電池歸零是否可以長時間不充電，或 多久之內必湏充電？ 我是新用戶，購買時間是十一月八日，到今天十一月十四日共使用了二次，使用非常方便，感覺很好，買追覓Aqua 10 Pro Track 很滿意。

3년째 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 요즘 국산 최신 로청은 어떤지 모르겠으나, 제가 구입한3년 전만 해도 국내 가전 대기업에서는 로청에 관심도 별로 없고, 따라서 투자나 연구도 거의 안 할 때였습니다. 해서 드리미 로청 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 다만 가끔 업데이트 후 로청이 멍청해집니다. 청소를 반의 반도 안 하고 들어가 버리는 문제가 있습니다. 이 문제 해결해 주세요. 아니면 수입사인 코오롱글로벌에서 국내 전용 앱만 출시해 관리하시든지요. 조치가 필요합니다.
