全然繋がらない。何度もやり直し、やっと繋がっても、又改めてやると繋がらない。

高い買い物したのに残念 タイ人の友人との会話がもっと円滑にできるようにと購入しましたが、翻訳がめちゃくちゃ。語彙力が少ないのかな？日本語にもたくさんの方言があり、発音が変わったりするけど、そうすると全く訳せない。きっと外国語も同じで地域によっての発音の違いが理解できないのでしょう。でも、そうなら全く使い物にならない。この世の中で正しい発音しているのはアナウンサーぐらいで、そんな人が一般にいるわけがかないからね。 映画で試してみたら、まぁ不思議。意味のわからない言葉ばかり。全く使えず。映画も人との会話も、本人の顔と声とジェスチャー見て解釈したほうが早い。高かったのに…本当に悲しい…残念…

I just got the W4Pro today. The instructions, both on the app and the Quick Start guide are absolutely terrible. I am trying to learn all the aspects and features of this device and it’s basically trial and error, hit and miss. You need much more detailed and informative guidance to walk a new user through ALL the features and abilities this device can and cannot do. The time, confusion, and frustration in trying to master this device is ridiculous. Update: I’ve been using this device for nearly two weeks. The translation does not keep up with the person talking and always lags behind. Even worse, the actual translation is incomplete, spotty, and way too often incomprehensible. If I want to switch devices, I have to pair each device EVERY time I switch. For over $400, this device needs a lot of improvements.

My ears don’t agree with the design (W4) even with silicon cover and hooks. I have no problem with Apple iPods , which of course can’t be used here. Really annoying as this makes it almost impossible to use. Without hook no hold and with hook it protrudes wildly outwards and on top of it for charging must remove/ plug on & off. Won’t last. Really sad.

bought the latest version, W4 Pro, of the Airbus translator, but it doesn't work. I'm disappointed because I paid almost 500 pounds for a product that doesn't work. Even the blue headset worked for 3 days and then stopped; the blue light doesn't turn on, it doesn't work. The other one works terribly. I'm disappointed. I've been trying to contact customer service for a month and nobody answers me. I want my money back.

Not useful. Simply too clunky with huge latency. Waste of money.

Davanti ad un prezzo di acquisto cosi alto e dalle descrizioni della casa madre mi aspettavo molto di piu. Traduzioni spesso insesatte, grossolane (dall’inglese non dal cinese). Molto lente rispetto all’audio originale.

W4Proをマクアケで購入してこのＧＷでフィリピンで使用するが、全く使い物にならず… オフライン翻訳はアプリ上には翻訳が出るが翻訳もめちゃくちゃ音声ももちろん同じくめちゃくちゃ。 結構な金額するがYouTubeなどの紹介を見るとすごいと絶賛してたのでかなり残念！ また充電満タンから使用してない方のＬ側イヤホンが半日位？も経って無いのに、謎の充電切れ… 使用してたR側は満タン。　アプリを再インストールしてオンライン翻訳を試すが一言二言なら本人日本語で相手側は英語とフィリピン語(両方試す)では翻訳が正確だったり、めちゃくちゃだったり何とも言えず… 無いよりマシかとタクシーの中でも使用したが雑音がダメなのかお互い何を言うてるか訳分からない翻訳でした。

翻译的有点慢，很迟钝，需要5秒左右才能翻译的出来，不是0.5秒是我这个机的问题还是怎么回事？我用的是苹果13，但是翻译出来的确很慢。

There is no response in the app after I plugged the zero in the charging port. Same thing on iPhone and iPad. Disappointing.

After 20 minutes of trying to get this set up and understand how to use it I have come to the conclusion that the translator doesn’t work well enough to make sense and I wish I didn’t buy these. And what’s with the fish card! This device is too complex and needs to be simple and actually work.

Türkisch muss noch verbessert werden, da ist google translate viel besser. Manchmal funktioniert die Übersetzung mit WT2 Edge gar nicht und man muss teilweise sehr laut reden.

There is noticeable delay, the response time can increase, and the translation is sometimes incomplete or inaccurate. In real communication, this creates difficulties. It would be very valuable if future updates could focus specifically on improving this scenario phone conversations. Das Offline Sprachpaar Deutsch - Spanisch fehlt. Für mich hochgradig enttäuschend

Das Produkt passt soweit, die Übersetzungen sind auch relativ gut. Nur leider ist die versprochene Ausgangssprache, die ich benötige, nicht mehr verfügbar und deswegen schicke ich das W4 Pro leider zurück.
