Can’t sign in but also not able to sign up. Full of glitches.

Worst app for such an huge international event. Constantly freezes and the fifa rewards don’t work at all. It’s such a bs app. I would give a minus star for such horrible user experience.

I can’t be the only dual citizen in the world.

This app is not usable in any sense. I opened the app, tried logging in over a dozen times using Apple ID and Google, finally got it to work on the 13th attempt. Next, the lineups won’t show because I cannot SCROLL in 90% of the pages/tabs. I cannot access rewards page because, again, you’d have to SCROLL in a page. Further, you can’t stay logged in, because every time you close the app, it logs you out and you don’t get notifications from your selected tournament team, so what do we have to do? Log in over 12-13 times again! Following that, half the page that you can’t even scroll doesn’t load, so you’re looking at half a screen with black images and the other half is blinding white. Absolutely abysmal, totally UNUSABLE. You’d think that such a massive event, from an organisation like FIFA, would get folks with half a brain cell to try to fix this.

I couldn’t even sign up because the app kept freezing when I tried to input my information. My review is not one star but is -1 Stars. Just like FIFA. Lick my balls Gianni ⚽️ and your good pal Trump can also

The highlight video can’t be played in landscape mode full screen.

Only reason I have this useless app is to play fantasy football and its so hard to access every time

This app would not even open. It froze right at Password creation. A few times. What a shoddy piece of work foisted on us by FIFA.

The app has nothing you want to actually see!! I want to follow a team and see when are the matches of this team, or follow a group … nothing like that here

There is no way I have any issues downloading and running apps in 2026, except for FIFA 26 App- which I think is broken as it keeps crashing even after offloading or re-installing the app. It needs fixing immediately.

Really frustrating and clunky navigation.

The timing window shows TBD until we enter the game, then it shows the time of the game. There is no distinction between days! Would be nice if there was a clear list of the games of the day instead of this random rolling stroll with TBD in game time slot

Application très très lente. Convivialité ordinaire.

Freezes constantly, lack of organized information. Updates on teams and games are huggy. No charts. As expected a co.rrupted fifa same app.

How is the global governing body for football have such a useless app for the World Cup!?

Crashes, half the screens don’t work. Perhaps take some of the money from price gouging tickets to make a working app?

When I tried to get in it always kicked me out for no reason. I deleted the app then downloaded it but still didn’t work.

Asks lots of personal information and on the last screen you touch finish / enter and nothing happens. Have to exit and lose it all

Where’s the tournament calendar?

Difficult to navigate, can’t find a schedule. It’s trying to sell and promote stuff other than the actual matches.

Such a waste of time. There is so much information that would be helpful on this app. It’s useless.

Reminder that people are actually getting paid to make something this bad.

Breaks every time, freezes it doesnt work

The app is slow, crashes, and lacks a lot of features one would expect from an app brought to us by FIFA for the World Cup. Not worth the iCloud storage. Go use your regular sports broadcaster apps.

Where do I even start? With all the money that FIFA has they couldn’t pay someone to make a decent app? Every info you want to check on a game takes forever to load and it opens in a separate tab, more likely like a built in web browser. Appalling experience and slow as hell.

How can an organisation like FIFA do such a woeful job of an app. Signing up was difficult enough. Finally get in, nothing works including scrolling. Annoying pop up advertising like they need the cash being a billion dollar company. What a disgrace.

Where are the groups? Most obvious things missing or many clicks away! Not user centric at all.

Can’t watch highlights in horizontal mode

Die App hängt mehrfach und lässt sich da nicht mehr bedienen, auch schon beim Registrierungsprozess. Außerdem ist sie extrem unübersichtlich und kompliziert, die Bedienung ist einfach grauenhaft. Wird wieder vom iPhone gelöscht.

What is this? I don’t ever write reviews but I had to say something. This is a horrible app. This must be broken right? Because an app made for the biggest sporting event in the world can’t possibly be this bad.

That app has been designed entirely for people going to the World Cup - not the billions watching it from their home country. It’s focused mostly on stadiums and host cities than the actual teams, players and games. For the billions of us in our home countries we dont care about what’s on in the host cities and how to get around the stadiums.

Tech continued to advance for the last 4 years, but this App is worse than it was during the last World Cup. Feels like corruption.

I tried creating an account with my Apple login. The app crashed. I tried again, entering my details manually, got to the end and it said ‘oops - sorry; try again’ and went right back to the start. You would think, with all the millions FIFA makes, they could manage to build an app that works. Deleted.

An apple login isn’t good enough for them, they force you to give them a second email which defeats the purpose of the apple login. Then you have to verify the second email, which you didn’t want to give in the first place, except the verification takes an hour to even show up. Not worth my time!

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Very hard to navigate. Select your ”Team” but then you can’t click through directly to information about them. Database errors CONSTANTLY so when you finally find the section you want the information won’t load. UGH… is this really the ”official” app? Considering ticket prices to games I would have expected a better effort. I can probably build myself a better app in Claude in 5 minutes.

App is difficult to navigate and slow. The most important thing is the schedule and results and you have to scroll and click multiple times to get back to it each time. Also, I want to customize the fixture list to see multiple favorite teams, but it won’t let me do that. Just stupid.

L’app est horrible à utiliser, super lente, la pire qu’ils aient faite ! Les traductions sont incomplètes. Avec le pognon qu’ils génèrent, c’est une honte! Ensuite ça semble extrêmement orienté pour les quelques personnes qui se rendront dans les stades

Esperienza terribile, finora. Sembra un’app studiata principalmente per i turisti: si può sapere tutto su stadi, orari e come comprare i biglietti, mentre dei giocatori c’è un elenco senza profilo; peccato che la stragrande maggioranza di chi la utilizzerà saranno persone che guarderanno i mondiali dal divano. Dopodiché ci sono tutta una serie di bug assurdi: se clicco per selezionare il team preferito, non mi compare nessun elenco; nell’area di gioco, non è consentito lo scroll per fare i pronostici delle varie partite. Per dirne due che già mi hanno fatto snervare in cinque minuti di utilizzo.

Most app functions are not usable. Cannot pick favorite teams. Too much advertising.

So incredibly user unfriendly. A million clicks required to see match details. Half the functions don’t work, i.e. trying to see team lineups doesn’t work. Can’t understand how you can put together such a bad app for such a large global event. Absolutely embarrassing

Wants too much unnecessary personal information. Very slow to load. Can’t even select my team!!

Just like FIFA’s organization of this World Cup.

I really hope the developers see this. Add a button on the landing page that goes straight to your fantasy team. Add back buttons in fantasy that take you to the previous page. Store users teams in device memory to load faster, lazy load other things in background while users look at their team. Make accessing leagues and league members teams more intuitive. Listen to feedback given by many users, they’re right.

Unfinished ai-slop that doesn’t work

You’d think with all the money they squeeze out of the people and nations on this planet, FIFA would at least be able to make a functional app. But no. Not even a little. Doesn’t load half the time, teams page does NOT lead you to a list of teams, many players lack pictures and they all lack profiles, and overall the app is buggy, slow, and poorly designed from a UI standpoint.

Can’t add favorite team, none showing…..

Keine deutsche Sprache und man kann noch nicht mal sein Team auswählen. Die Schaltfläche ist da, aber es werden keine Länder angezeigt. Man bestätigt einfach nur, dass es leer bleibt in diesem Feld.

Absolutes Armutszeugnis dass die App nicht in Deutscher Sprache ausgewählt werden kann

Very poor effort from FIFA it’s what I’ve come to expect from a money grabbing organisation. Do better for football fans or you will loose them.

very poorly organised, more for tourism than football. Doesn’t let you pick a favourite team (you can try, but it freezes up)

Tried to install, eventually did that. Tried to sign up lots of times with it wanting so much info and not providing an email to activate it so I deleted the App. Will watch the games less now!! Well done FIFA why not make it even more awkward next time and I won’t watch any games!

Eu chego pra fazer a minha senha e dá erro

Tried 3 times to sign up — it won’t let a sign up with Apple ID despite being an option to choose. Then when it eventually let me in… Functions within the app are not working! Who released this app before checking if it actually works?!

Die FIFA ist der größte Fußballverband der Welt und macht einen auf Weltoffenheit. Und dann hat die App zur WM gerade mal 4 Sprachen! Unglaublich armselig.

Was für eine miese App. Kann nichts und wirkt maximal unfertig. Gleich wieder deinstalliert.
